A big congratulations to our 11-12 Girls 200 Freestyle Relay swimmers at Ponderosa today for not only WINNING the event, but also setting a new team record of 1:49.88!!!!

This bests the old record of 1:50.16 set in 2017 at Ponderosa.

Invitational practices will be as follows this week for swimmers going to Red, White, and Blue and/or Ponderosa Meets:

• 7:30-8:30AM11U, 8:30-9:15AM 10U Tues - Fri 
• 5:30-6:30 PM makeup for all swimmers Tues-Wed only

Banquet is Thursday night…
