Good morning Stingrays!

We enjoyed getting together as our Stingray family again this season after missing out in 2020! A few things before we say goodbye (for now!):

• A big thanks to our banquet crew of Kendra Brown, Chalcey Fenton, and Kendall Ferranti (chaired by the great Daniel Smyth) who put in a lot of work at the end to make it a fun evening. THANK YOU! 
• Coaches Christen Shanor, Stephen Schmidt, and Adrianna Springett did an amazing job in this crazy year - we super enjoyed having them coach our swimmers!
• Would also like to say a big thank you to our outgoing board members-Daniel Smyth (Secretary), Brian Horak (2nd VP), Quita Hall (Treasurer), will be stepping down next year and we'll have a few new faces coming onto the board to help out:

April Hoogland will be transitioning to Treasurer. Joe Schueder will continue as Clerk of Course, Mike Van Arsdol as Fundraising/Sponsorship, and Chuck Shelton 1st VP.

• We will be in need of officials next season. Officials are a vital part of our meets-you do not need prior swim experience yourself to be an official! NWAL provides the training and you get certified through the season as you help officiate our dual meets.  It's a great way to get your volunteer hours completed with the best seat in the house to all the action!
• Word of mouth helps us grow the team-if you have friends and neighbors who may be interested, talk it up in the off-season. We never know which superstar swimmer could be sitting in our own neighborhood just waiting to be invited to try summer league :)
• Ribbons/medals/pictures will be available thru next week and then put away until next season, so please pick them up as soon as possible.
• GOOD LUCK TO OUR RWB AND PONDEROSA SWIMMERS!
