We are down to our final dual meet this weekend for the 11 and ups.  All times have been updated in the system and it is time to register for the year end invitationals.  

We will have a coach and families at 2 different meets next weekend .  Both meets require a qualifying time, times needed and event schedule can be found on the 2 attachments.  

First meet is the Red White and Blue Invitational held at the Fleet Aquatic Center at 14654 Spring Cypress Road Cypress, TX 77429 from Friday evening-Sunday (June 25-27th).  This is a timed finals meet which means that it will operate just as a standard meet or like Sizzler, swimmers will swim their events and be ranked based on times in their age group.  Medals will be provided to the top 8 athletes in each event.  

Second meet is Ponderosa Invitational at Cy Fair Nat at 12550 Windfern Rd 77064, June 26-27th.  This is a prelims/final meet, all swimmers that qualify will swim in prelims and if you are in the top 16, will come back that evening to swim an A/B final.  

Payment will be handled just like Sizzler, from the main team page go to the Stingrays Store, find the entry for Ponderosa or RWB, select the number of events you are entered and follow the prompts to make your payment.  Ponderosa is $10 per event and RWB is $9.  

To register for either meet, go to the homepage, schedule, and enter in the meet just as you would for a dual meet.  Qualifying info is in place for both meets.  If your swimmer has qualifying times at both meets, you are allowed to swim at both places.  

Please review the attached meet announcements in case I missed anything and Ponderosa has customized merchandise for purchase.  

Registration will cutoff Sunday at 12 for both meets.  

As always, timers will be assigned based on team participation.  If you have a swimmer at the meet, please count on timing a shift.
