All parents will be expected to volunteer for at least 8 sessions divided among the Mock Meet,home and/or away meets and at least 1 session at Divisionals. All families are expected to bring the following prior to the Mock meet:

A-E              2 twelve-packs ~12oz Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper(cans only)

F-J               2 twelve-packs ~12oz Diet Coke or Sunkist Orange (cans only)

K-O             2 eight-packs ~ 20oz Gatorade or Propel (plastic bottle)

P-Z              2 twelve-packs ~ 16oz Bottled Water (plastic bottle)
