Parent Meeting Postponed to 5/10

Hello Windrose Stingrays,
We are off to a fast start to the year and only going to get faster as we get closer to our first meet.
I want everyone to know we are Postponing the Parent Meeting to the 10th of May at 6:30. So please mark your calendars and we will update the website calendar as well.
Tomorrow Friday the 3rd the weather could be very cold and windy so we will let everyone know before 3:00pm if we will be canceling practice.
Volunteering and Drinks
I know that we do not have a lot of positions left for volunteering but we will be adding more jobs and events shortly for you to sign up for on the website. If you have not already done so please go to www.windrose.swim-team.us and log in using your email for your username and your password is !stingrays!
On the main page to the site you will see a volunteer area and there is a file you can download that will walk you through the process of what to do on the site.
If you are having any issues logging in please let us know.
For drink responsibilities please bring them during practice before the Mock Meet/Time Trials and please write your name on the drinks so we can give you credit for bringing your drinks.
If you are not sure what you are to bring please look on the website under team and you will see Parent Volunteer and there you will see what drinks to bring.

RSVP (Mandatory)
On the site when you click on Swim Meets you will see next to the meets a V for Volunteering and a RSVP. Please click on the RSVP and let us know what meets you will be attending and if you have multiple swimmers you can tell us which ones will be swimming and which one may be missing that week. This is critical for the coaches to know since they will be setting relays for the meets.
