Parents,

The kids did great today at the meet! There's a few things I want us to work on to help our meet run smoother next week.

* If you are scheduled to volunteer at a meet and something comes up and you can't make it PLEASE call, text, or email Deidre Leggiero, our Volunteer Coordinator. Her information is on the website under NEWS and then STINGRAYS BOARD.

*If you are working a shift PLEASE arrive on time for your shift AND do not leave until your replacement shows up or the shift is over at the end of the meet. If an emergency arises please let Deidre or another board member know so we can find someone to fill your spot. We want you to see your kids' swim, however, we cannot run an efficient meet without volunteers working in the various positions.

We will be adding a few positions to help the office paperwork move smoothly and so results can be accurate and posted in a timely manner. Keep checking the website to sign up for volunteer hours. As you can see we cannot host a meet without YOU, so thank you for everyone who jumped right in to fill our empty positions today.
