"Winter in May" Practice

We are going to try something different today. The water is too cold to swim, but Coach Michael would like us to get out and run to build some cardio. 

10 and unders meet at Benignus Elementary at 7225 Alvin A. Klein Dr. at the track behind the school from 4:30-6:00. The coaches will be there the whole time, but your child does not need to be there the whole time. Wear good running shoes.

11 and up meet at the Eagle Lake back pool at 5:30 for a run around the lake with Coach Mia and Coach Sean. Parking is limited at the back pool, so run, walk, or ride a bike to get there. From Kuykendahl Road turn into Windrose on Alvin A. Klein Dr. and follow it past T.C. Jester. Take the 2nd left into the Eagle Lake section. The parking lot is right there in front of the lake.

We are hoping that the pool temperature will be okay tomorrow for dives, turns, and touches.
