Dear Parents,

You are receiving this email because you have signed up for a volunteer shift for the home meet tomorrow against Spring Creek Oaks.  There are just a few things I would like to cover before tomorrow.

Please take a moment to click on the ? next to the position and read the description.  This will tell you about the position and the time frame.

If you are 1st and/or 2nd shift ready bench, please check in with me or Laurie Jarratt (one of us will have the clipboard).  Also, we will have a ready bench meeting at 8am that you MUST attend.

If you are 1st and/or 2nd shift timer and/or scribe, please check in with me or Laurie.  There will be a timer/scribe meeting at 7:45am that you MUST attend to get your lane assignments.

If you are 2nd or 3rd shift concessions, post meet takedown/cleanup or trash haul off; don't worry about checking in until it gets closer to your shift time.

Day of meet set-up and parking lot attendants, please arrive no later than 6am to begin.  I may not be there right at 6am, but when I get there I will find you to check you in.

All other positions, please check in with me when you arrive at the meet.

If for some reason you are not able to fulfill your position requirements, PLEASE email or text/call me.  Even if it's Saturday morning at 6am.  The sooner I know the easier it will be for me to fill the position.  Also, if you do not show up on time for your shift I will find a replacement and you will not receive credit.

Please also remember that you need to say for your entire shift.  If you need to leave for some reason, please let me know so I can find a replacement.  If you leave your shift without notifying me or Laurie you will not receive credit for that shift.

We want you to see your child swim!!!  So, when you step away to watch your child swim let someone know.  If you need someone to fill in for you let me know and it will be arranged.
