Today is Picture Day so no swim practice. Individuals begin at 5:00 and will stop at 5:45. The team picture is at 6:00. Please arrive early to help make this process smoother. Wear your Windrose swimsuit if you have one.

7:45- Warm-up begins for Spring Creek Oaks

8:00- Officials Meeting (inside clubhouse) and Ready Bench meeting (by the flagpole)

8:15- Timers and Scribes meeting by the flagpole

8:30- The Meet Begins
