Hello Stingrays!

•     This weekend is an Away meet vs. The Woodlands Waves at the Forestgate Pool located at
7505 S. Forestgate Dr.

•   Please log on to the webpage http://windrose.swim-team.us/ and click on the Calendar tab to RSVP for the meet.  Also, there are still some volunteer spots open if you’re looking for a shift.                                 
• Summer Heat is the first invitational of the swim season for swimmers with qualifying times and any swimmer over 13.  It takes place at Summer Creek High School in Humble ISD off of Beltway 8 East.  The 10 and Under meet is on Sunday, June 1st starting at 3PM (warm up time is TBD), and the 11 and Over meet is Monday, June 2nd starting at 6PM (warm up time is TBD).   If your swimmers will be participating, please RSVP on the website or let Jean know by Saturday.  The Stingray Swim Team will cover the cost of 2 of each swimmer’s individual events and any relay in which they are placed.  If you commit to swimming, you are responsible for paying for your swimmer’s other individual events, even if you don’t show up.  If you have any questions, please contact Jean at [email protected].

• If anyone is interested in a Windrose Stingrays ladies’ racer back tank top, Sabrina O’Toole will have sample sizes at practice tonight.   They are red tanks and will have Windrose Stingrays written on the front.  They are $15 each.   Contact Dan O’Toole at [email protected] with your size by this Friday if you are interested. 

• Divisional T-Shirts are also on sale through May 27th.  T-shirts are $10 and tanks are $12 (there is an extra $2 charge for 2XL or above).  See Jeri Rose at practice this week or Jean Lovelace during the meet on Saturday to order yours.  [email protected]
