Hello Parents,

You are receiving this email because you have signed up for a volunteer shift for tomorrow's swim meet.  There are just a few things I would like to go over before tomorrow.

Please take a moment to click on the ? next to the position and read the description.  This will tell you about the position and the time frame.

Please check in with me or Laurie Jarratt when you arrive at the meet.

If for some reason you are NOT able to fulfill your position, PLEASE email, call or text me.  The sooner I know the easier it will be to fill your position.  Also, if you do not show up on time for your shift I will find a replacement and you will not receive credit.
