Dear Local Business Owner,

This summer the Windrose Stingrays Swim Team will embark on their 15th year of another exciting competitive swim season. The season encompasses six swim meets and additional invitational meets throughout the months of May and June. Our team is completely run by volunteers who work tirelessly throughout the year to provide a professionally run swim team for kids of all ages in the Windrose community. In order for the team to provide the necessary equipment and coach salaries, we respectfully ask for your sponsorship.

Our purpose is to develop competitive swimming skills in the young men and women in our community. The monies secured from sponsorships allow us to provide the necessary swim equipment and infrastructure, such as new concrete sidewalks, for our team.

The Windrose Stingrays would be most grateful if you would agree to be one of our esteemed sponsors. We have over 260 swimmers who participate each season and their families are loyal supporters of the businesses in our community! Depending on your level of sponsorship, your business will be included in many of the marketing materials for our team.

When you choose to give to the Windrose Stingrays Swim Team, the amount is at your discretion. We have set a goal to raise $10,000 for our 2015 swim season by March 30, 2015.
