Hi Everyone!!

If you are receiving this email you are signed up for a volunteer position at this weekends away meet at North Hampton. If for some reason you are unable to fulfill your volunteer shift please contact me ASAP via email, phone or text.  Below I have outlined a few important details about some of the shifts.  There were some positions that were not required by the other team for us to bring any volunteers, so I did some rearranging.  Your shift position may have changed, but not your shift time. Please let me know if you have any questions!! 

Day of meet set-up: please pick up tents, tables and bull horns at the WindRose pool on Friday evening and take to the meet on Saturday for set-up. Please be there by 6:15am!!!

Swimmer check-in: will begin at 6:30am, please be there by 6:15 so we can start check-in on time.

Post meet takedown: help break down tents and tables and take back to the WindRose pool.

Post meet ground clean up: please check in with me when you get to the meet and also at the end of the meet before you leave.
