Volunteer staffing/positions:
We require 12 scribes and timers per shift. Timers are asked to meet at the starter at 8:15 AM.  Make sure to bring your own stop watches
We will also need a computer/runner for each shift as well.

Officials:
Please advise the Cuda’s Team Rep, Gary Cooper, of the number of officials you are bringing with your team. We meet in the computer room at 8 AM.  Email: [email protected]
Again, please bring stop watches for the meet.

Warm ups:
Cudas 7:00-7:30
Visiting Team 7:45-8:15
Morning relay changes due by 8:00 to CoC
Meet starts 8:30
Freestyle relay changes due by end of event 48 to CoC

Heat Sheets:
Heat sheets will be available for purchase-cash only.

Concessions:
Food & beverage for both breakfast and lunch will be available-cash only.

In order to make sure we have enough food at the concessions, please advise our Team President, Derek Lund at [email protected], with an approximate number of swimmers we can expect from your team 

Visiting Team Setup Area:
Set up for your team will be on the East side of the pool - the side with the playground.  

On-deck Etiquette:

All parent set up is outside the pool fence area.  The pool area is reserved for event viewing only. 
No chairs inside the pool fence please.

Parking:
Park in either the parking lot by the pool or on Northcrest. Please just do not block any driveways.
We request that whenever possible please carpool.

Please obey these basic parking rules:
• No parking at a stop sign.
• Do not block a fire hydrant or driveway.
• On residential streets, parking is permitted on one side of the street only
(this will allow emergency vehicles to pass unobstructed).
• Do not park where "No Parking" signs are posted!
• Following these rules will allow for smooth traffic flow and better relations with families who live near the
Northampton Cudas Competition Pool.
