Hi Everyone,

Our need for volunteers at Divisionals has changed quit a bit. I will be creating a new sign up and plugging in people based on what you signed up for originally. We don't need as many timers and scribes as originally planned and we are now having to provide people for concessions.  If you have a preference please let me know, I will TRY to accommodate as best I can. All positions, except concessions, will be divided up into 3 shift.  Concessions will be 4 shifts.  Also, we will NOT have enough positions for everyone who has originally signed up, but we will need timers and scribes for Trinity and Ponderosa.  If you know that your child will be attending one of those meets, please consider volunteering at one of those in place of your Divisional shift.  Please let me know TODAY via email or text/phone call if you have any requests or would like to volunteer at one of our end of the season invitationals.  Let me know if you have any questions!!
