Hi Parents!!

The WindRose Social Club is once again hosting the neighborhood Halloween event. The event is on October 31st from 2pm-5pm. They have asked the swim team to put together the haunted house again. We would love to do this but we need volunteers to make it happen. You will receive 1 credit for every 2 hours of volunteering you do, this will count toward your 2016 volunteer hours. The plan is to set up on Friday, October 30th in the evening. Since we did this last year we should be able to get everything done in 3-4 hours if we have enough volunteers. We will also need volunteers to dress up and help run the haunted house, parents and teenagers would be great for this!! Due to this event being on Halloween, we will take down and clean up on Sunday so that everyone can get home and still trick-or-treat with their littles!! Specific times for set up and take down will be determined once we get closer to the date. We will also have a short meeting sometime in October to get have all the details ironed out. If you are interested in helping out and getting some volunteer credits out of the way, please email me at [email protected]. Please be specific with what you want to help with.
