This Friday is our Parent Meeting at 6:30. Please join us for an informational meeting and a pizza party to help kick off the new season. In order to help us prepare please login to our website, www.windrosestingrays.net, and RSVP for the Pizza Party. We will also shorten practices to accommodate the meeting.

7-8 year olds-- 4:25-4:55

6 and unders-- 4:50-5:25

9-10 year olds-- 5:20-5:55

11 and up-- 5:50-6:30

SATURDAY

​This Saturday is our Mock Meet at our pool. This meet is important because your swimmer will get their first times in each event. Please RSVP for the Mock Meet by Wednesday night at 6:00. We would like you to RSVP whether you are coming or not. If there is an event that your swimmer would like to swim please add that into the NOTES section of your RSVP. If there is something they do NOT want to swim then please add that as well. 

Saturday morning-- please arrive by 7:15 AM. There will be a check-in table for BOYS and one for GIRLS. A volunteer will write down the events your swimmer is entered in. IF your swimmer doesn't want to swim a certain event DON'T PANIC. Just tell the check-in table volunteer that he/she will not swim that event. IF your swimmer is NOT entered in an event and they would like to swim then please come to the clubhouse and speak with Katherine Waindel.

Bring warm clothes to wrap up in after warm-ups, towels, goggles, cap, water, food, money for the Concession stand, chairs, and sunscreen. You may bring a pop-up tent to sit under. The team has a couple for your use, but they do fill up quickly.
