This Sunday is the Summer Heat Invitational Meet at Summer Creek High School in Humble. The address is 14000 Weckford Blvd. Houston, TX 77044. I am attaching a tentative timeline for the meet, warm-up schedule and timing assignments for you. The team is paying for one individual event for each swimmer and all relays. The other individual events are $6.00 each. Please plan on paying on Sunday at the meet at check-in. This is a fast meet so please read the tips below.

Warm-ups for 11 and up meet is 7:55-8:15 in Lanes 1-4. Please arrive at 7:30 to find the team's setup location and check-in. There is NO Ready Bench for the 11 and up, so it is extremely important for you to listen to the events being called. Your swimmer is responsible for getting themselves down to the pool.

Warm-ups for 10 and unders is 1:25-1:45 in Lanes 1-3. Please arrive by 1:00 to check-in and get settled. There is a Ready Bench.

**Windrose has been assigned 2 Timing shifts for the morning and 2 for the afternoon. We must have volunteers to time or the meet will stop. Please let a Board Member know if you are interested in timing. The more who volunteer the shorter the shift. We greatly appreciate it.

***IMPORTANT*** Look at the list of entries attached. If your swimmer is swimming 49 or 50 that is the Progressive Relay which includes a 7-8 year old, 9-10 year old, 11-12 year old, 13-14 year old, and a 15-18 year old. This event is at the END of the morning session so 10 and unders will need to come early.

I suggest bringing a towel and a snack/water to the Ready Bench because the meet will move quickly.
