I hope all of you are dry and safe reading this. Tomorrow's meet is on as planned. We are monitoring the weather, the pool, etc. to ensure that the meet can be held safely and comfortably for everyone. There are a couple changes to accommodate our visiting team. Their side is a giant mud pit, so we are giving them the parking lot next to the Visitor's side for them to sit. We are asking ALL OFFICIALS to not use the other parking lot (closest to the HOME side by the tennis courts) to allow for the team members who won the raffle to park there. Carpooling would also be another option as well.

If you were scheduled to set-up tonight please come early tomorrow morning. Due to the weather no outdoor set-up was completed tonight, so we need as much help as possible to run the high-quality meet Windrose is known for. If you have a tarp I suggest bringing that to sit on. The fields will be wet and muddy so shoes are an excellent idea to wear outside of the pool area.
