Sprint Sizzler is this Sunday and Monday at Klein Oak High School. I'm attaching a timeline, warm-up and timing schedule, and our meet entries list. Sunday

All freestyle events, backstroke, IM, and free relays

Arrive at 9:00 to set up in the cafeteria. Our warm-up is at 9:25. The meet starts at 11:00. We have 2 timing positions in Lane 7 all day so we need to split this up into 2-3 shifts. Shift 1- 11:00-1:30, Shift 2- 1:30-4:00, and Shift 3- 4:00- to end of meet.

Monday

Breaststroke, Fly, and Medley relays

Arrive at 3:30

Warm-up is 3:47-4:04

Meet starts at 5:00.

We have 2 timing assignments in Lane 7 again. We can do 2 shifts. 1st shift- 5-7 and 2nd shift- 7-9.

I'm excited to watch our Stingrays bring it to Oak!
