Our first Mid Season Invitational is fast approaching.  The Stingrays will be attending Tomball Splash Depot for the first time this year.

Attached are the Qualifying Times to attend the Swim Meet.
We will have a copy of the Qualifying times at the pool today and will be there to answer any questions you have.

This Invitational costs $5 per individual event that you sign your swimmer up to attend.  The Team will pay for any relays that the coaches put your swimmers in.  Payments for this can be made today at practice today, pictures tomorrow, at the meet Saturday, or you can drop the check by the Waindels at 6834 Autumn Rain Ln in a box on the front porch.  Payments and Sign up for the meet must be made at the latest by Monday's (5-15-17) Practice or your swimmer will not be entered into the meet.

Parents, you need to sign your swimmer up for the events that they want to swim on the website.  To do this go to the website and log in.  Once you log in click on the Swim Meet link at the top of the page.  Then click on the swimmer icon next to Splash Depot.  On that page in the drop down choose your swimmer and then click the link that says add entry.  On the add entry page you will see your swimmers events and times.  If your swimmers time is Blue then they qualify for that event and you can sign them up.  If it is red then that means they have not qualified yet but they may this weekend at our away meet vs Oak Ridge.

Once you sign your swimmer up please bring your payment to practice or if you are paying at the Swim Meet this weekend please find Katherine Waindel so she can collect the money and mark you down as paid.
