It is that time again!! We are needing you to RSVP for the meet this coming weekend. The deadline to RSVP is tomorrow, though if you would like to choose your swimmers events you must do that by midnight TONIGHT. 

To choose your swimmers events:

1. Click on the RSVP box for this weekends meet

2. Once you RSVP and save you will be taken to the meet entry form

3. At the top you will need to select swimmer, then click on add entry on the top right

4. Make sure you save when finished

If you wait and RSVP tomorrow, you will not be able to pick your swimmers events....but you can request events in the comments section. If you do not RSVP at all, we will assume you are attending the meet and your swimmer will be put into events. If you are unsure if you are attending the meet, RSVP yes. We CAN NOT put your swimmer in the meet after the exchange on Thursday if you RSVP no and show up on Saturday. 

On another note, we still are needing volunteers. The meet cannot and will not run if we don't fill all these positions. Please consider signing up if you haven't already. An email will be sent out to all volunteers on Friday reminding you of your position and more detailed instructions.
