Sunday at Sprint Sizzler our warm up begins at 9:25am. (Lanes 4,5,6)
Monday at Sprint Sizzler our warm up begins at 3:47pm. (Lanes 3,4,5)

Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to get settled in the cafeteria and get to the pool deck for warm up.
