Stingrays! 

We look forward to seeing you bright and early tomorrow for our first dual meet! We will be traveling to the Cypresswood Sharks. Don't forget your dual meet essentials (swimsuit, 2 towels, goggles, swim cap, chairs, tent, etc.). 

Swimmers will have more free time at dual meets than the mock meet. Bring games, books, and snacks. After check in, make sure you and your swimmer know where the ready bench is and listen for announcements. 

You are free to leave as soon as your swimmers are done with their events and you have completed any volunteer job commitments. Please take care to clean up your area before you leave as we are guests at their facility.

Cypresswood Sharks Meet information 

• Address: 3705 Cypresswood Drive, 77388 
• Check in Time: 7:00 - 7:15am (if you are running late please text April 515-450-0653) 
• Warm-ups: 7:45 
• Meet starting time: 8:30 
• Heat sheets are available on the Swimtopia app. 

Concessions accept cash, credit card, and Zelle. 

• Breakfast: sandwiches, doughnuts, muffins and more 
• Lunch: hamburgers and hot dogs, snacks, drinks 
• Beans and Brews will also offer coffee and lemonade 

Set up and drop off 

• Unloading/Loading (PURPLE AREA). 
• Park along Cypresswood Drive (please don’t park on the side streets). 
• Visiting team set up in the lower grass area (GREEN AREA.)
