Summer Practice Times

• Summer practice schedule begins Tuesday May 30th, no practice on Mondays.

Volunteer Sign-Up: May 30th, OPENS 7 pm

Meet RSVP- May 31st, CLOSES 5 pm 

• RSVP your swimmer(s) on Swimtopia to let us know they'll be attending OR not attending the meet no later than 5:00 PM Wednesday. Swimmers may select up to 3 individual events per dual meet. Please select the individual events!
• Relay selections will be made by coaches only from those swimmers who have RSVP'd YES. 
• If you are unable to attend after meet entries have been submitted, please reach out to Darin: [email protected]

Prestonwood At Windrose Meet Details

We host the Flyers at our Stingrays pool:

• Check-in: 7 AM
• Stingrays Warm-Ups are 7:15am- 7:45 am
• Meet starts at 8:30 am.
• Meet Day Setup - Windrose (swimtopia.com)

Team Photos at Windrose Pool- June 2nd

• 4:30 pm- individual photos (siblings can be photographed together)
• 6:00 pm- team photos will start promptly, please arrive 10 mins before.
• Complete the attached form and bring it, along with payment on Friday, June 2nd.

FREE Swim Clinic from SSAN

Our Gold Level Sponsor Swim Streamline at Northampton (SSAN) has invited us to a FREE swim clinic focused on starts, technique and turns & tips for speed swim clinic hosted by SSAN for any NWAL summer league swimmer. We will have our amazing SSAN coaches ready to help your kids gain some racing tips!

• Date: Thursday June 1, and/or June 8
• Time: 3:00-4:00 pm
• Location: Klein Oak High School Pool
• Ages 7 & up
• Clinic RSVP is open and closes Wednesday May 31 (for June 1st clinic), and Wednesday June 7th (for June 8th clinic)
• Note: All swimmers must be able to swim unassisted in all 4 strokes
• Cost: FREE
• How to sign up/ RSVP : sign up online at: www.swimstreamline.com, then select the meets and events tab, scroll to June 1st &/or June 8th clinic, either sign in (if you are on SSAN) or create new account if you are new, follow instructions, select June swim clinic to register. Don’t forget to add each member attending. SSAN membership will follow up with you regarding the free swim clinic as the event gets closer.
