RSVP’s Due Saturday: Sprint Sizzler

Hello Stingrays, we are excited to announce our upcoming invitational:

Sprint Sizzler!

For our new Stingrays, this meet is an optional invitational that your swimmer may qualify for during regular season. If they qualify, please encourage them to come represent their Stingrays team! The cost is $7.00 for each individual event. You will need to pay the Windrose Stingrays for each event that you select.

RSVP’s Due: May 27 by 10 pm

Qualifying:

Stingrays 12 and under have qualifying times to meet in order to swim, when you go and declare for the meet, you will see only the events your swimmer qualifies for. This Saturday meet May 27th is the last meet for qualifying times.
All swimmers 13 and up have no qualifying times.
All swimmers can swim as many events they want to swim, there is no limit. The times that swimmers earn are official times.
Windrose Stingrays will cover the cost of relays and only the swimmers coming to the meet will be able to participate in them.

Volunteers Needed:

We ask for those families attending to volunteer at the meet (Invitational volunteering does not count to team credits).

Schedule:

The meet will be on a Sunday June 4th and Monday June 5th late afternoon, so please make note of what is scheduled for each day.

All Freestyle (except the 11 & over 100 free, and 10 & Under 50 free), Backstroke, Individual Medley and Freestyle Relay events will be held on Sunday, June 4th.
All Breaststroke, Butterfly, 11 & over 100 free, 10 & under 50 free, and Medley Relay events will be held on Monday evening, June 5th.
