Good morning, Stingrays.

This is our last week before our final Divisional swim meet. Can you believe it?! This email has loads of important information, so please read to the end! Divisionals, Invitationals, Entries, Volunteering, Banquet...all the things!! 

• Divisionals are this Saturday at our pool! We will swim against the Rattlesnakes. Volunteers, please be on time or early!! 
• Meet Check-in is from 6:45 AM - 7:15 AM.
• Warm-up is from 7:15 AM - 7:30 AM.
• Please RSVP for the meet by Tuesday at 5:00 PM. Now is best!!
• Volunteer Sign-Ups will open on a first-come-first-served basis @ 7:00 PM tomorrow. If you have 8 or more credits please allow other families to register first. If you need more than 1 credit please text Kyle at 817-939-7400 beforehand. These meets don’t run themselves. Every helping hand matters!
• Speaking of helping hands, we have open board positions for next season! Please reach out if you would like to run for any of the following positions:

• President
• 1st VP
• Clerk of Course
• Tentative Secretary (if there is interest)

• Banquet and Awards: We will host our end-of-season banquet on Monday, June 27th at 6:30 PM at the Clubhouse. Please plan to attend! We are taking donations for the silent auction. Please get with me (Kendra) if items you’d like to donate!
• Pictures should be ready this week! We will send out a message once they are available for pick up at practice.
• Invitationals: Please complete your entries and payment on our website for Ponderosa and All-Stars by Thursday of this week. If your swimmer(s) earn a qualifying time at divisionals and you would like to participate, get with Coach Christen for your entry. 
• Saturday Meet Results: Meet results from Saturday are attached.
