Hi, Stingrays!

We have just a couple of meets left in our summer league season! Here are the details for this week including open board positions. Meet RSVP is open now for divisionals on June 18.

• We swim against Northampton Cuas this Saturday, June 11 at 6012 Root Rd, Spring, TX 77389. See attached for more details. 
• Meet Check-in is from 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM.
• Warm-up is from 7:45 AM - 8:15 AM.
• Please RSVP for the meet by Tuesday at 5:00 PM. No entries after 5:00 PM on Wednesday! Go ahead and RSVP for divisionals too, please!
• Volunteer Sign-Ups will open on a first-come-first-served basis @ 7:00 PM tomorrow. Reminder that each family needs 9 volunteer points total. If you have had problems getting your points, please text/call Kyle Valdez at 817-939-7400. Please save volunteer points for divisionals and the end-of-season banquet!
• SAVE THE DATE: We will host our end-of-season banquet on Monday, June 27th at 6:30 PM at the Clubhouse. Please plan to attend! We are taking donations for the silent auction. Please get with me (Kendra) if you have things you’d like to donate!
• We will honor swimmers who have been on the team for 5 and 10 years at the banquet. Please respond if you think your swimmer qualifies so I can verify I have correct information. Thanks!
• Open Board Positions for Summer 2023 will be voted on at the banquet on June 27th. Please get with a board member with questions and interest in any of the following positions!

• 1st VP
• Clerk of Course
