Hi, Stingrays!

We hope you are enjoying your holiday weekend. Here are the important notes for this week!

• Morning practice starts this week! Check the schedule and evening options if you can't make the morning practice. We do not have practice on Monday during the summer.
• On Saturday, June 4th, we will swim against Shenandoah at home!
• Meet Check-in is from 6:45 AM - 7:15 AM.
• Warm-up is from 7:15 AM - 7:45 AM.
• Please RSVP to let coaches not if you will or will not attend the meet. We need a response either way! Please get your responses in by Tuesday at 5:00 PM. No entries after 5:00 PM on Wednesday!
• Volunteer Sign-Ups will open on a first-come-first-served basis @ 7:00 PM tomorrow. Reminder: each family needs 9 volunteer points total. Please save one volunteer point for the end-of-season banquet!
• SAVE THE DATE: We will host our end-of-season banquet on Monday, June 27th at 6:30 PM at the Clubhouse. Please plan to attend!
• Open Board Positions: We will have several open board positions to fill at the end of this season. If you are interested in continuing the Stingrays' summer league legacy, please reach out to a board member. More details and the specific positions will be communicated next week.
• Sprint Sizzler participants: All participating families are expected to volunteer as timers at the meet. These do not count toward your Stingrays team volunteer points. Once they release the timing assignments we will reach out to you.
