Hello, Stingrays! 

Here are all the important things you need to know for this week! One thing we'd like to stress is that EVERY swimmer counts. Yes, even your swimmer who just finished splash academy. Communicate with Coach Christen and Coach Steve by letting them know if you will be at a meet or not, if you need to leave early, or can't make it. 

1. On Saturday, May 28th, we will swim against the Imperial Oaks Seals at their pool. The address is 31110 Imperial Oaks Blvd, Spring, TX 77386. See their website for details regarding parking. 
2. Meet Check-in is from 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM.
3. Warm-up is from 7:40 AM - 8:15 AM.
4. Meet RSVP is open for ALL remaining meets. Please RSVP to indicate if you are attending or not attending and select the events your child can swim as soon as you are able. We need a response from all swimmers! Meet entries close at 5:00 PM on Wednesday. 
5. Volunteer Sign-Ups will open on a first-come-first-served basis @ 7:00 PM tomorrow.
6. Share your pictures!! Please share your pictures to the team Shutterfly account. We will use them in our end-of-season banquet slideshow! Please upload to the Stingrays 2022 album. Login: [email protected] Password: #Windrose2021

INVITATIONALS - We have three invitational meets this season, Sprint Sizzler, All-Stars, and Ponderosa. These meets are optional if your swimmer makes the qualifying time in an event. Attached are the details for the Sprint Sizzler on June 5th and June 6th. 

• Swimmers 13 years and older do not need a qualifying time to participate.
• If your swimmer has a qualifying time and you want to enter them in an event, you may complete your entry through our website and pay for your event entries through the Stingrays Store. 
• Sprint Sizzler entries are due no later than May 29th at Noon!
• Swimtopia will only allow you to RSVP for events your swimmer is eligible to swim. 
• We will only swim one relay for each event.
• Relays will only include swimmers who register for individual events.
