Good afternoon!

I received communication from the Barracudas in regards to volunteering this weekend. Looks like they are only having one shift for the meet, event 1-44. This sounds like a lot because we have become accustomed to the shorter shift but this is the same length that shifts were in previous seasons. 

If you have 4 or more credits DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A SHIFT!!!!! Please let those that are in more desperate need of the shifts cover them. If we can't fill them by Thursday at 5:00pm we will open them to everyone.

A few things to note-

1. Set up- you will need to arrive at the Windrose pool FRIDAY night at 5:30pm to get the items and deliver them SATURDAY morning by 6:50am. Items may include long table, tent and computer equipment.

2.Take down is bringing those items back to Windrose at the conclusion of the meet.

3.Swimmer check in volunteer needs to be to the pool by 6:50am.

4. Ribbons will be done during and after the conclusion of the meet. You will need to stay until all stickers are printed out.
