Good evening Stingrays-

We are looking forward to our Mock Meet tomorrow and hope you are too.

• Check-in will begin at 7AM! Please let the check-in volunteers know when you arrive! 
• Warm-ups will begin at 7:15, please listen for your child's age group to be called into the gates for warm-up.
• The meet will begin at 8:30.
• Parking is first-come, first-served. Please do NOT park in the fire lanes! You can park along Pinelakes Blvd as well. Our parking lots closest to the clubhouse are reserved for board members, officials, and coaches.
• The bugs are coming out! In addition to sunscreen, don't forget some bug spray.
• Cash/card for concessions if you wish to purchase snacks. Breakfast tacos will be available from Sonic as well as Chic-Fil-A sandwiches and nuggets.
• Ready Beach will look different this year as we don't have as many benches set up due to social distancing, so PLEASE listen up for your child's events AND heats to be called to keep the meet moving quickly.

I have attached the heat sheet for tomorrow so that you can begin to get a feel for the meet timeline. Please remember this is TENTATIVE at this point given we may still have a few kids jump in at the last minute.
