Hello parents!

Our first meet of the season is this weekend-our Mock Meet! It will be just our team swimming a practice meet so that get we all get a feel for how a meet will run before dual meets start next week.

Couple of important reminders:

• We need you to log in to Swimtopia and RSVP under the "Meet Entry" green box on the homepage for the Mock Meet (so click that green box). You will see your swimmers listed there-please tell us which swimmer(s) will be attending the meet by selecting YES or NO. This needs to be done by Wednesday (5/5) evening at 8pm.
• You can also select your child's preferred individual events (up to 3). For our young swimmers new to the team, it may only be one event (25 Freestyle) that you wish to register for, and that is ok. You can make notes for the coaches below if you are not sure which events to register your child for, or email the coaches to ask further questions.
• Don't forget to sign-up for volunteer slots as well. If you have questions about this, please see the emails April Hoogland has sent out on how to register. You can reach her at [email protected] with more questions.
• Our concession stand will be open, but more limited this year. For breakfast we will have Sonic breakfast tacos, and for lunch there will be Chick-Fil-A sandwich and nugget options. We will also have chips, drinks, candy, etc for sale.  You are also welcome to bring your own coolers and snacks.  
• Don't forget chairs, sunscreen, extra towels, tents (or buddy up with a friend) and whatever else you need to be comfortable outside for a while on Saturday.
• Parking in the lots closest to the clubhouse will be reserved for board members/officials/coaches. You are welcome to park outside the fire lanes along the curbs coming into and exiting the clubhouse area, and along Pinelakes Boulevard (working on getting a parking map up on the website). Please be careful entering and exiting your cars that morning.
• Check in will begin at 7, warm-ups will start at 7:15
• If you cannot make Mock Meet, your child will need to swim time trials next Monday or Tuesday (10th-11th) during practice so we can get a time for them before the first dual meet.
