Happy Monday Stingrays!!

Just a reminder that on Wednesday at 7:00 pm the volunteer sign ups for the Mock Meet will open. They will close at 8:00 pm Friday. If you need to make a change after that time you need to contact me. 

If you have troubles signing up reach out to me right away. My cell phone number is 515-450-0653. Keep in mind I can only help with volunteering, not swim entries.

Take your time and read the description for the positions very carefully! Some require heavy lifting, some require you show up at 6:00AM, some require a pick up, etc. 

On the day of the meet you will find me to check in for your shift. I will go over any last minute information and details with you. Do not forget to check in!  I do not want to have to track you down.
