Hello Stingrays-

Given the high likelihood of stormy weather both overnight tonight and at least through part of the morning, we have decided to delay both the meet setup time and the start of Mock Meet. Timeline will be as follows:

• 11:00AM Check-In
• 11:30AM Warm-ups begin
• 12:30PM Meet Start

This will put us at an estimated finish time of 4:30-5pm. Meet setup will get done tomorrow morning, not this evening. April Hoogland will be sending out details on how this will affect the timeline for your volunteering, including the setup crew. If you have questions or concerns, her email is [email protected].

Lunch items will still be available from concessions: Sausage on a stick, pulled pork sandwiches, burgers, and hot dogs. Drinks and snacks will also be available. Don't forget tents, chairs, sunscreen, extra towels, caps, and goggles!

We understand this is a big change, but please make every effort to come as we still need times for all swimmers before our dual meet next weekend. On the bright side-you can still sleep in on your Saturday!
